Official rule changes and guidelines
Here is the updated OSTA packet on the Rules and Rule updates.
This process was successfully completed. Both meetings were well attended, and we gathered significant positive feedback. The final determination was that no rule changes were proposed. The goal was to encourage safe practices. The matter was resolved positively by a letter clarifying the intent, presented at the second meeting.
It should be noted that there was substantial positive input about the landscaping efforts and support of the Firewise efforts by our manager.

This is the Services Needed form
for the Firewise program.
This form is for those who have received a report. We discussed each of us reviewing our form and noting what items you need help with, what you can do yourself, and what is beyond your scope and will need help completing. Now then:
- If you have a printer, print it out, fill it in, and drop it in the Office by the 28th.
- If you do NOT have a printer, copies are in the office.
- A copy is available right here on the RVS-Association.com website should gremlins steal your email.
If you did not request a survey, or are one of the few who did not get yours, we are setting up a meeting on Sept 2nd at 10 am in the Clubhouse to help address that issue.
If you need a copy, the form is below. They are also available in the Office. Please drop off your form by 5 PM on August 28th.
